Welcome to She Connects You Thrive – we’re so glad you’re here! This is your safe, supportive space to connect with other women in business, share wins and struggles, and build genuine friendships alongside your business journey.

Because we want to keep things clear and kind, these Terms & Conditions set out how membership and events work. 

By joining She Connects You Thrive (whether online or in-person), you agree to these terms.

  1. Membership Options & Payments

We offer a range of ways to get involved. Prices are set out on our website and may be updated from time to time. Current options include:

  • Weekly Daytime Online Networking – £6 per meeting, £22/month, or £200/year
  • Weekly Evening Online Networking – £6 per meeting, £22/month, or £200/year
  • Monthly In-Person Meetings – £20 PAYG (includes tea/coffee)
  • Exclusive Membership Package – £27/month or £270/year (best value with extra perks)

Payments are taken upfront. Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) unless cancelled in line with Section 3.

  1. Refunds & Transfers

We operate a no refunds policy on all payments.
If you can’t attend a meeting you’ve paid for, your ticket is not transferable to another date, event, or person.

  1. Cancellations & Renewals
  • You can cancel your monthly membership at any time, but please note that we don’t refund partial months. Your membership will run until the end of your paid period.
  • Annual memberships cannot be cancelled mid-term and are non-refundable.
  • If your payment fails, your membership may be paused or cancelled.
  1. Code of Conduct

She Connects You Thrive is built on kindness, inclusivity, and real support. By joining, you agree to:

  • Show up with respect, positivity, and encouragement.
  • Keep the space free from judgment, hate speech, or discrimination.
  • Avoid hard-selling or spamming members. (Share what you do, but in a supportive, non-pushy way.)
  • Respect time limits and group guidelines set by hosts.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel memberships if someone’s behaviour disrupts the community.

  1. Confidentiality & Trust

What’s shared in the group stays in the group. This is a confidential, supportive environment where personal and business matters may be discussed. Please respect members’ privacy and do not share their stories outside She Connects.

  1. Intellectual Property

All branding, resources, and content created by She Connects You Thrive remain the intellectual property of She Connects.
You may not copy, share, or reproduce any materials, event recordings, or brand assets without permission.

  1. Liability

She Connects You Thrive provides networking, support, and connection opportunities. We cannot guarantee specific business results, collaborations, or income outcomes.

  • You are responsible for your own business decisions and wellbeing.
  • For in-person events, you are responsible for your own safety and belongings.
  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in our events or membership.
  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be shared with members in advance.
